The Specht apartment consists of:

- Living room with pull-out sofa
- Dining table and a fully equipped kitchen
- Bedroom with a box-spring king-size bed (only close with opaque curtains)
- Bathroom with WC
- Terrace with barbecue 

From all rooms you not only have a wonderful lake view (private lake) but also an exit to the balcony (with dining table, barbecue etc.). 

There is also air conditioning, two 55-inch Smart TVs, WLAN, 2 towels per person.

The Haidensee also has plenty of parking spaces and a covered bicycle parking area.

There are numerous nice restaurants and wine taverns in the immediate vicinity. Klagenfurt (20 min), Velden (30 min) and numerous ski areas (from 30 min) can be reached very quickly.
