Welcome to Apartments Frauenschuh TOP 12, enjoy your holiday in a prime location - just a 5-minute walk from the Planai cable car. In just 3 minutes you can walk directly to the lively centre of Schladming with numerous restaurants, bars and shops.

Our flat TOP 12 is located on the 3rd floor. The flat is compact and functional - on 22 m² it offers space for up to 3 people with a double and a single bed. The fully equipped kitchen (without oven and dishwasher), free WLAN, cable TV and a lift in the house guarantee relaxed, car-free holidays - in summer and winter.

Take advantage of the free ski depot right next to the cable car - practical and convenient for your winter holiday.

Pets are not allowed.

We are happy to provide you with a cot and high chair free of charge if required.

Bread rolls can be ordered for your entire stay on arrival.

With more than 123 kilometres of pistes, 44 chairlifts and cable cars and access to the 4-mountain ski area Planai, Hauser Kaibling, Hochwurzen and Reiteralm, Winterwelt Schladming offers everything your winter sports heart desires. Numerous mountain huts spoil you with culinary delicacies.

Schladming and the surrounding area offer you a wealth of opportunities to get active away from the pistes: Winter hiking, snowshoeing, horse-drawn sleigh rides, tobogganing, cross-country skiing, ski tours, ice skating, curling and much more.

The Hopsi-Winterkinderland is located in the Märchenwiese area on the Planai and can be reached not only on skis but also with the ‘Hopsi-Express’ (inclined lift), leaving nothing to be desired. Families can practise their first turns with their children here.

For stays from 14 May to 1 November 2026, the Schladming-Dachstein Sommercard is included in your stay. 

The Sommercard is valid from 1 pm on the day of arrival and all day during your entire stay, including the day of departure.

The Dachstein attracts visitors with its breathtaking suspension bridge including the "Stairway to Nothingness" and the Ice Crystal World.

The Dachstein: For stays of two nights or more, you can travel up the Dachstein once during the first 7 days of your stay; from the 8th day onwards, you can take the Dachstein cable car up and down again. Please book in advance!

With the Sommercard, you can use over 100 attractions in our region, most of which are either completely free or heavily discounted: Cable cars, toll roads, hiking buses, pools & lakes, museums, hiking, sports and family offers - the choice is yours!
